Sluzew is a district of Warsaw built in early 70’s, blocks of flats from communist times. The apartment itself has not been renewed for at least 30 years. The owner decided to undergo a full overhaul and then rent a place.

His request was to – design and build a place that is “resistant” to tenants – and keep the budget low… 

This was before….

Operation turned out to be successful, and the place found its place on rental market.
